Can I pick up my order?
Yes, the pick up location is at the entrance of the Southgate Shopping Centre, Sylvania NSW. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email with further information and to arrange for a mutually convenient pick up time. Once a time has been arranged, please commit to this and arrive on time. If you are running late, we will need to reschedule for another pick up time. If you need to cancel or change the pick up time, please provide us a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule. |
Where do you deliver?
We can personally deliver your order to select suburbs across Sydney metro. Just choose local delivery/courier at the checkout and choose what date and time slot you would like your balloon delivered. If you are not based in Sydney, don't worry - we now offer standard shipping Australia wide for selected products. We base our delivery on the Australia Post guidelines, and as such, we cannot guarantee the arrival date. |

Please keep in mind we also require a minimum of 2 days on top of the shipping guidelines to create your order. * please note, these timeframes are based on non-peak times of the year. There will be longer shipping timeframes during busier holiday periods, such as over christmas. We advise to go onto the Auspost website for more information. |
How long will the balloon bouquet last?
The clear bubble balloon can last for many months kept in the right conditions. (For more information on how to look after your bouquet, please see our Balloon Care section). We use high quality materials and every order is quality checked prior to delivery. Each balloon bouquet is made at least 24 hrs prior to delivery to ensure there are no issues. We are not responsible for what happens to the balloon once it has been safely delivered. |

Do you offer refunds / returns / exchanges?
No unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing an order. All balloons are made to order and due to the nature of the product, we cannot re-sell the item if it has been returned due to a change of mind. In the occasion that you have received a damaged item, please email hello@bohandblush.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your goods, along with a description and photo of the damage and we can assess further. We will either approve or decline your request/return. |
My delivery is coming but no-one is home / incorrect delivery address?
Please nominate a delivery address where you know that someone will be available to pick up the balloon. Otherwise we will leave the balloon in as safe an area as possible and follow any delivery instructions that you have provided. It is your obligation to provide the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details that you have provided are incorrect, Boh & Blush will not refund any payment. If you wish to send the order again, it will be classified as a new order and you will be charged as such with another delivery fee charged.
